@chimeracostumesHi — I'm Heidi Lange, the professional seamstress, competition cosplayer, corset-maker, and creative force behind Chimera Costumes since 2007.
What started as childhood experiments with a sewing machine became a lifelong devotion to the craft. Formal arts education gave me a rigorous foundation in textiles, pattern construction, and garment engineering — and I brought that technical precision into the world of cosplay and never looked back.
I specialise in curvy and full-figured builds, bespoke corsetry, Worbla armour, theatrical gowns, and characters that demand a presence. Every commission is custom-drafted from scratch to your exact measurements — no off-the-shelf patterns, no generic sizing, no shortcuts.
I'm based in Florida and Michigan, accepting commissions from both locations and shipping worldwide. I also attend multiple conventions per year — including DragonCon — and am available for photography collaborations.
